following a substantial conversion of the 15th century coaching inn in October 2006, whites has been tipped as one of the most impressive bar & restaurant in West Sussex.

having maintained & restored many character elements of the building, from original wooden beams to original brickwork, we have also introduced contemporary features, creating a relaxed and comfortable environment.

we have become famous for delicious food, a warm friendly service, and superb choice of drinks from real ales to cocktails.

we love what we do, and we want to share it with Sussex.
