West Sussex has a wealth of fresh ingredients on our door-step and we are taking great steps to source many of ingredients within a 30 mile radius.

This not only reduces the environmental impact of long distance freight, but consistently gives us fresh ingredients and most importantly supports local people who care as much as we do about food.
